RAYS Wheels UK is being operated by the Official UK Master Distributors of RAYS – Co-ordSport ltd.
We have been RAYS master distributors for almost two decades and there is no one else in the UK who can match our expertise and contacts.
RAYS Wheels are manufactured by RAYS Engineering, in Japan.
Firstly, find the set of wheels you wish to purchase, on the wheel listing page you will find an “Enquire Now” form. Fill this form out with as many details as you can, a member of our sales team will then e-mail you back to begin processing your order, when we confirm availability. We take orders this way, so we can assure that the wheels are right for you and your vehicle before we ship them out.

Our RAYS Accessories are listed on our retail website – part-box.com – all Accessories listed on the RAYS Wheels UK website will redirect you to buy from us via Part-Box. Here, you’re able to pay for your order & shipping straight away, via Credit/Debit card (Stripe), via PayPal / PayPal Credit or via Klarna.
Whilst Co-ordSport and RAYS try to keep the most popular wheels in stock, it is not possible to predict the demand for the full range of sizes, fitments and colours / finishes. If in stock in the UK, you can usually receive your wheels within 72hrs. If the wheels are not in stock in the UK, but they are in stock in Japan, they can be added to our monthly stock order, which travels by AIR Freight, which usually means 6 ~ 8 weeks to yourself. If there is no stock held, we must wait for the next batch to be produced, which can, on occasions, mean 12 ~ 16 weeks.
Whilst nobody enjoys to wait, doing so ensures you get the latest designs and colours, delivered just for your car, often being the only example in the UK. Not exclusive, but premium; often rare & distinctive.
We keep stock of select RAYS Wheels in our UK warehouse, if you order a set of wheels that we have in stock, they will typically be shipped out in 1-3 business days.
For more custom and bespoke wheels, we will order them directly from RAYS Japan, this can take a varied amount of weeks depending on manufacturing times in Japan (you won’t get it sooner anywhere else!).
Our sales team will confirm the ETA of your wheels during the ordering process, via e-mail.
We ship with UPS (a fully tracked, next working day delivery service) and we ship smaller items such as Accessories out via Royal Mail 1st Class (orders typically arrive in 1-2 business days).
For Wheels – our two main payment options are via PayPal and also by debit/credit card – for debit/credit card, this will often be taken via telephone by one of our experienced sales team members.
For Accessories – our payments methods from our retail website Part-Box are available; via Credit/Debit card (Stripe), via PayPal / PayPal Credit or via Klarna.
Sometimes, when it comes to individually custom/bespoke wheels, we will contact RAYS Japan directly to begin the manufacturing process on the requested wheels. Due to the custom nature of the wheels and the extra resources needed, we may sometimes ask for a small upfront deposit for you to secure your wheels as they go into the production process.
